Goldrush, currently one of the most famous Coldplay Tribute Band in Europe, were born in late 2007 and their aim has always been to perform high grade shows, by faithfully reproducing Coldplay’s live tours thanks to an accurate study of sonorities and atmospheres typical of Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Will Champion and Guy Berryman’s band. Even after very few months from the beginning of their activity, Goldrush propose themselves as an absolute reference point for all Coldplay’s fans, managing to reach the stages of the most important clubs and hosting 2010 Coldplay’s Italian fan club’s National meeting.
Since 2011, after hundreds live performances throughout Italy and many proposals to perform abroad, Goldrush have decided to run an important and challenging project of growth, by enlarging their range of live shows out of Italy, too. In 2012, Goldrush became the first Italian Coldplay Tribute Band playing abroad and actually they are the unique italian Coldplay Tribute Band with shows in ten different european countries (France, Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, Poland, Switzerland, Luxemburg, Austria, Slovakia and of course Italy).
During their shows, Goldrush are very careful to Coldplay performance’s details and they try to get inspired not only from the setlist and stage plan’s viewpoint, but also for what concerns A Head Full of Dreams Tour dressing style and scenic design. Goldrush still remain one of the few active Coldplay Tribute Band in Italy and they’re the only ones who have performed abroad in several countries (Switzerland, France, Belgium, Romania, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Austria, Poland, and more).
The main reason of this success is due basically to the right match between passion and concern that all band’s members have always devolved to the project. The result that stems from their live shows is a real sensorial experience in which bystanders find themselves caught up, ready to live again, song by song, note by note, unique atmospheres that only Coldplay can convey.
